Regulations for electronic services

These Regulations set out the terms and conditions for the use of services provided electronically by DOMKI JANOSIK, owned by Dominika Poprawska-Brudziana.

1 General provisions

a) These Regulations set out the terms and conditions for the use of services provided electronically by DOMKI JANOSIK and the rights and obligations of users.

b) A User of the services is any person who makes use of the services provided electronically by the DOMKI JANOSIK company.

c) By using the services, the user accepts these regulations in their entirety.

2 Scope of services

a) The company DOMKI JANOSIK provides services related to rental of holiday cottages.

b) Services are provided exclusively electronically through the website of the DOMKI JANOSIK company or through other available electronic communication tools.

3 Conditions of use of the services

a) In order to use the company services, the user must have access to a device with an internet connection.

b) The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, good morals and the rules of procedure.

c) The user may not use the services in any way that violates the rights of others, harms DOMKI JANOSIK or adversely affects the operation of the services.

4 Reservations

a) Reservations of holiday cottages can be made by using the form available on the DOMKI JANOSIK website , through the form available on Facebook , Instagram or by contacting the owner of the company by phone.

b) Reservation requires providing personal data, date and details of the reservation.

c) Confirmation of the booking is sent by the company DOMKI JANOSIK with information about the acceptance of the booking.

5 Fees and payment

a) All charges for the rental of the holiday cottages must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms of payment.

b) The company DOMKI JANOSIK reserves the right to change the prices of services, however the prices will not change for bookings already made.

c) In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the user may forfeit the deposit paid or the entire payment, in accordance with the agreed terms of booking.

6 Liability

a) The company DOMKI JANOSIK shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the services, unless these are the direct result of errors or negligence on the part of the company.

b) The company is not responsible for technical problems that may prevent the use of the services.

7 Protection of personal data

a) The company DOMKI JANOSIK processes the users’ personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.

b) The user agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of providing the services and contacting the company.

8 Final provisions

a) These regulations shall enter into force upon publication on the DOMKI JANOSIK website.
